phir us k bad musalsal azab ankhon mein
wo jis k nam ki nisbat se raushan tha wujud
khatak raha hai wahi aftab ankhon mein
jinhen mata-e-dil-o-jan samajh rahe the ham
wo aine bhi hue behijab ankhon mein
ajab tarah ka hai mausam k khak urti hai
wo din bhi the k khile the gulab ankhon mein
mere gazal teri wahshaton ki khair ki hai
bahut dinon se bahut iztarab ankhon mein
na jane kaisi qayamat ka peshkhema hai
ye uljhane teri be-intasab ankhon mein
